Small Big Celebrations: Jane Howard and Lorraine Cooke

In today's Small Big Celebrations we have a 'well done' shout out to Jane Howard. Jane has been given her own column in a Winchester Today.
Lorraine Cooke's got a YA short story published in an anthology called Henshaw (or Henshaw Treats on Amazon) and a short story published in the winter edition of Kishboo ezine.
